The Tunisian Automotive Association is recruiting an Administrative and Marketing Assistant.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Attached to the General Secretariat of the TAA, she will have to ensure:
Administrative component
- Assist the Secretary General in the activity of the association, in particular the keeping and updating of files, the work on various management projects and the coordination with external interlocutors and members.
- Attend and organize meetings and webinars
- Follow the news of the sector in Tunisia and abroad and prepare analyzes and reports
Marketing
- Coordination and support with the communication agency in the feeding of social networks (FB / Instagram / LinkedIn / Website)
- Coordination and support in the preparation of communication templates and drafting of external communications (mailing and official letters, etc.)–
- Coordination and support in the design of communication material tools (roll-ups, brochures, banners, others, conventions,
- Coordination and support in writing the Newsletter and newsletter)
- Coordination and support in managing and updating social media accounts
- Coordinate in the organization of events such as seminars and conferences, and attend promotional events such as open days, exhibition tours and tours
- Follow the news of the sector in Tunisia and abroad and prepare analyzes and reports
The candidate must:
- Fluency in French and English
- Have a good knowledge of Office365
- Have good communication and analytical skills
- Have a little knowledge of the automotive sector in Tunisia
- Have knowledge of social media management and graphic design
Skills and knowledge required:
- Diploma: Marketing & Communication, ICT and similar
- Mastery of online communication techniques
- Excellent social media culture
- Mastery of Microsoft Pack and Microsoft 365 tools
- Fluency in French and English – Writing fluency (quality of writing and synthesis, excellent spelling)
- Experience required: at least 2 years in a similar position
