ORIGIN OF THE TAMA PROGRAM

The « TAMA » is a vocational training program, launched within the framework of the Special Initiative for Training and Employment of the German Development Cooperation and on the initiative of German, European and Tunisian companies since 2018.

OBJECTIVES OF THE TAMA PROGRAM

Strengthen the essential skills in middle management within the automotive industry in Tunisia through technical training and soft skills which will be targeted at the automotive sector on the one hand and allow all automotive companies in Tunisia to benefit from the training of the TAMA academy .
