The Tunisian automotive industry made a resounding impression during the IAA Mobility’s event “AFRICA DAY” organized by the VDA (German Association of the Automotive Industry) in collaboration with the AAAM (African Association of Automotive Manufacturers).
The Tunisian delegation was led by Mr. Nabhen BOUCHAALA and Ms. Myriam Elloumi, President and Vice President of the Tunisian Automobile Association (TAA). Their participation greatly contributed to promoting the Tunisian automotive industry on the international stage, with a particular focus on Europe and Africa.
Ms. ELLOUMI delivered an enlightening speech on the Tunisian automotive industry. In her address, she presented the current state of the industry, sharing key insights, and outlined the future prospects of the sector, along with the role that Tunisia will play in Africa’s development.
“Africa Day” provided a platform for participants to discuss the potential for diversifying value chains and processing raw materials in Africa, exploring how these strategies can benefit the automotive industry on the continent.
“AFRICA DAY” was a valuable opportunity for Tunisia to demonstrate its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and the future of the automotive industry.
