“Women Empowerment”: Strengthening female leadership in the Tunisian automotive industry
In a clear effort to promote female talent and strengthen leadership within the automotive sector , the Tunisian Automotive Association (TAA) is organizing the "Women Empowerment" workshop on February 11 and 12, 2026 , in a hotel in Greater Tunis .
This event is part of a structuring strategic approach , aimed at supporting women who hold – or aspire to hold – managerial positions in the automotive industry, a sector undergoing rapid change where the challenges of skills, governance and sustainable performance are now central.
A program designed to develop sustainable management career paths
The main objective of the Women Empowerment workshop is to:
strengthen managerial and leadership skills ,
to promote the sharing of experiences and best practices ,
to contribute to the structuring of evolving and sustainable career paths for women in the automotive sector.
The approach adopted is resolutely pragmatic and results-oriented , in line with the operational realities of industrial companies.

The workshop will be led over two days by Ms. Rahma Hizem , an expert consultant in human resource management for international institutions.
The event will also feature the participation of Tunisian professional women based in Germany , who will speak to share their experiences:

their vision of female leadership in highly competitive environments.
