This workshop follows an initial meeting held in Stuttgart in October 2025, which brought together Tunisian women professionals working in the automotive industry in Germany. This exploratory phase helped identify the main challenges faced by women in demanding industrial environments, as well as concrete levers to facilitate their advancement to positions of responsibility. Three strategic priorities: These involve establishing a sustainable dynamic to strengthen skills, consolidate female leadership and support the overall performance of committed industrial companies.
In Tunis, the objective was clear: to transform the exchange into a structured action plan to enhance the competitiveness of the Tunisian automotive sector.

During these two days, the discussions were pragmatic, grounded in the reality on the ground and action-oriented: affirmation of the managerial posture. Faouzi Derbel, who came from Germany, were recognized for their high value-added interventions and their contribution to bringing the Tunisian and German ecosystems closer together.
