4ᵉ édition des Rencontres Sectorielles du CETIME : la TAA mobilisée pour accélérer la transition industrielle
On March 26, 2026, CETIME organised, at the UTICA headquarters, the 4th edition of the Sectoral Meetings dedicated to the electrical, electronic and mechatronic industries.

Journée PR2I-2026 : la Tunisian Automotive Association renforce les synergies entre recherche et industrie
On March 31, 2026, the Tunisian Automotive Association (TAA) participated in the PR2I-2026 Information Day, organized at ENIT . PR2I 2026 : la Tunisian Automotive Association mobilise l’écosystème automobile autour de l’innovation collaborative
As part of the preparation of the Research-Innovation & Industry Programme (PR2I) 2026 , the Tunisian Automotive Association (TAA) , in partnership with the Mecatronic Tunisia Cluster (CMT), organised a strategic matching workshop bringing together industrial companies, research centres and universities.
This workshop is part of the TAA's mission: to structure the Tunisian automotive ecosystem, accelerate industrial innovation and strengthen synergies between academic research and industrial needs.

Women Empowerment dans l’industrie automobile tunisienne : la TAA structure un vivier de leadership féminin
On February 11 and 12, 2026, the Tunisian Automotive Association (TAA), in partnership with the Verein der Tunesier in Stuttgart (VTS), organized a strategic workshop in Tunis dedicated to women's empowerment in the Tunisian automotive sector. This initiative is part of the Diaspora Small-Scale Project of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
A program embedded within a Tunisian-German dynamic
This workshop follows an initial meeting held in Stuttgart in October 2025, which brought together Tunisian women professionals working in the automotive industry in Germany. This exploratory phase helped identify the main challenges faced by women in demanding industrial environments, as well as concrete levers to facilitate their advancement to positions of responsibility.
In Tunis, the objective was clear: to transform the exchange into a structured action plan to enhance the competitiveness of the Tunisian automotive sector.
Three strategic priorities to strengthen women's leadership
The Women Empowerment workshop organized by the TAA was structured around three main themes:
Promoting female talent and strengthening key skills adapted to the requirements of the automotive industry
Preparing for access to managerial roles and senior leadership positions
To create a pool of leaders and initiate a network of mentors in order to sustainably embed a culture of mentorship within the ecosystem
The challenge goes beyond individual trajectories. It is about establishing a sustainable dynamic that strengthens skills, consolidates female leadership, and supports the overall performance of committed industrial companies.
Solutions-oriented and performance-driven exchanges
During these two days, the discussions were pragmatic, grounded in the reality on the ground and action-oriented: affirmation of managerial posture, identification of levers for evolution, sharing of common challenges and structuring of professional networks.
The results are concrete: increased confidence, consolidation of the women's professional network and a collective desire to integrate these advances within Tunisian automotive sector organizations.

Participation in the SALMA Dialogue Business Forum 2026 and SENAUTO 2026 is part of a clear strategy: to strengthen the integration of the Tunisian automotive industry into African value chains.
